Crazy hair Day

The other day Vera came home and informed me that tomorrow was crazy hair day at school. Apparently the class earned it as a reward for good behavior. After searching the Internet for ideas with her, we settled on this idea. She was a little sad because she said it wasn't crazy enough. I assured her it was and forced her out the door.

It's the best I could do when I was told about it the morning off. 

I think she looks like little Cindy Lou Who from the Grinch.

Sunday Funday

Sunday after church I asked the girls if they would mind taking some pictures. We use to do this all the time, but had sadly fallen out of the habit of doing so. With a little persuasion, the girls let me snap away.

These two have each others backs. If I try to punish or correct one, the other will rush to her defense. We are in so much trouble when they get older.

Ve and I hold hands every morning as we walk to school. We squeeze each others hand as we walk as our secret way of saying I love you. It makes my heart super happy.
