This year Vera auditioned and was chosen to participate in the school's Odyssey of the Mind team. The team was charged with creating a unique circus themed play with very strict requirements, a tight budget, and parents were 100% not allowed to help. These kids were so creative and solved the science, math, and other problems in ways that still blow my mind. The made water change color, objects appear out of nowhere, all while acting as one of a kind circus acts. They spent hours researching and working behind the scenes, I still have the paint on my garage floor to prove it. Vera was a tap dancing parrot and it was glorious. We are so proud of you Vera and your One Button Circus

| Vera working hard on her parrot costume. She added glitter dots and created her own tutu and head piece. There were tears of frustration, but I am so proud of how she persevered and kept going. |
