This Halloween looked a bit different with all the Covid-19 restrictions in place, but we still had a blast. Our neighborhood was still crowded, but not like in a normal year. We headed out early to try to avoid as many people as possible. Oddly, the girls came away with TONS more candy then in previous years; I think they each got at least ten full sized candy bars. I hope they always love dressing up and being silly together.
The full moon was out of this world; it looked like something ot of an old time horror movie!
50s Lucy and Greek goddess Vera stopped by the Grim Grinning Ghosts. Vera was less than enthused.
The neighbors ste up a pipe candy distrbution system and let the girls help. It ket them social distant and passing out candy, so they were super happy.
And just like that at the stroke of eleven, Lucy was done with Halloween.
Halloween morning we haded to MAgic Kingdom in our costumes for a little Fall fun.
Of course Vea had a wardrobe change.
Haunted Mansion ears on Halloween are a must!
Sweet Goose as pre-magic Cinderella (the dress the mice and birds make for her)
Masks for Halloween
Matthew even busted out his Haunted Mansion shirt. I know he secretly hates that thing but I love that he wears it for us. Best dad eve.
Halloween is such a great holiday for me because it just reminds me of everything I loved about being a kid. Costumes, family, and candy. It just doesn't get better than that.
