New Years Eve 2022

For New Year's Eve this year we headed to a Disney hotel for dinner together and then a little dancing. It was fun to get all dressed up and ring in the new year. Another around the sun with this crew.

I thank God for every day He gives me with these two. They make my heart so happy; I am so lucky to be their mom. I love you the most girls. 

 

Christmas Day

Christmas is always amazing, and as the girls get older it still remains amazing. I simply love celebrating the Savior's birth with these guys.

Guga surprised her with a giant stuffed unicorn she had been spying at Target, and she was over the moon. 

Santa also brought the worlds largest Squish mallow 

Santa also brought the girls the virtual reality headset. So much fun. 

Vera had been wanting to change her bedding and her excitement is written all over her face

It wouldn't be Christmas with out their Santa bags straight from the North Pole.

After a long day of Christmas festivities, it was time to snuggle up with her new unicorn for a warm winters nap.

It was a wonderful Christmas. May we always remember the true meaning of the day. That Hope was born this night; the cross was born for me and you. Merry Christmas to all!

 

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve is my favorite night of thee year; I love the excitement and feeling of hope that is everywhere. The promise of the Savior, and ultimately our salvation, is magical. The girls chose their outfits this year, and I think  they nailed it.

After church the tradition is that the girls can each open one present early. Even Hans got into the holiday spirit and put on his Christmas sweater

Christmas Cookies

When Guga came to visit, she brought all the cookies and supplies to decorate cookies. The girls had so much fun decorating and overly sprinkling the cookies.  The sure were fun to eat, but even more fun to decorate.

Gingerbread 2022
