The Fairest of Them All

A local photographer put out a call for a little girl who believed in princesses to volunteer to be a model for her dream photo shoot. I jumped at the chance, and Goose was all set to be Snow White. We arrived at out destination in the middle of nowhere Florida, and promptly a giant black snake crawled across our path. I was almost ready to go home, but we were ready to take some pictures! Everything that happened after the snake was purely magical. The photographer worked with Goose and was able to capture everything that is wonderful about being a child. Oh how I wish time would slow down. 

Lucy was in heaven when she saw the little tent set up just for her. 

There was even a little pillow for her to rest on, just like the real Snow White

Every princess deserves a snack fit for a queen, amiright? Lucy was so excited she actually squealed!

Lucy making a heart at me. It's our thing. Every day when I walk Vera and her to school I ask them how I can pray for them that day. After they answer and it is time for me to go, we always make a heart for each other. Just to let each other know we love you and will miss you.

Just one more bite! What a wonderful evening spent capturing childhood with Goose. I love these pictures to the moon and back, but I love my little spunky Snow White even more!
