New Years 2020

2019 was a great year filled with so many wonderful memories. The best were made with family and involved lots of giggles and hugs. I sure do adore these guys. Getting to do life with them is my greatest joy and blessing. Here's to another year full of awesomeness.

Cheers to another year!

Here's to more snuggles and laughter in 2020.

100 Points!

Vera has been reading all year to get to 100 Accelerated Reader points. Just before Christmas she reached her goal.

Her sweet teacher sent me this picture the moment she realized she got to 100! Way to go Veve! I love that you love to read; it will take you places you never dreamed of.
Vera wanted to go get a frozen cherry coke to celebrate, and of course we jumped at the chance to do that.

This sweet eyes get me every time.
Working hard definitely pays off. Cherry Coke ice cream float for the win!
Of course the Coke bear dropped by to congratulate her too.
Keep reading Veve!

Indiana!

Back home again in Indiana! Such a great time seeing the girls run around with their cousins.
Seeing your cousins calls for matching pajamas.

And of course there are matching sweaters. The girls were so excited to finally be able to wear their giant earmuffs; they have been saving them since last year.

Hands on hips!

Chubby and Ve. Her earmuffs seems to be attacking the side of his face

Taco tongues!
Grabbing a quick bite to eat at McDonald's

Trying to settle down and take another cousin picture

The girls were so excited to be truly cold. They were forced to wear pants and coats despite their pleas that they could handle it. Lucy really enjoyed wearing the furry mittens.

Happy Holidays from Vera and Lucy

Working hard on their thank you letters to Santa

Having fun checking out all the stops

Guga even caught a red robin

Look out for the tall ones; they have spikes.

Taking a walk through the gingerbread garden. Vera stopped to take a bite.
Lucy just wanted to snuggle them.

And we made one final stop to Debrands for some chocolate.
Best caramels ever made! So much fun crammed into one short weekend. Until next time Indiana.
